At PTI we use a stock’s PAAY (Percentage Above its Average Yield) to determine if a stock is undervalued, overvalued, or fairly valued. We will never buy a stock that is overvalued, so PAAY is very important for telling us which stocks to NOT buy. And it also helps us to find the MOST undervalued dividend growth stocks, the ones we most want to focus on there.
We follow three groups of stocks. The Dividend Aristocrats, the Dividend Champions, and the stocks in our KISS portfolio. And we keep track of the PAAY as time goes on, so that when we are ready to invest we have the information right at our fingertips.
Here is the full list of all the stocks we follow, and their most recent PAAY information.
